30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If for any reason you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase we’ll happily take it back and provide a full refund to the value of the product’s purchase price.
All we ask is that you send it back to us in original unused condition, packed as it was received in the original packaging.
Please note only standard stocked products can be returned under this policy.  Where non-standard product is manufactured or procured to order, returns are not possible except in relation to warranty claims, and only if other remediation options under the warranty process are exhausted.

Warranty

We believe in supplying products that are built to last. It saves you money in the long run, and is friendlier on the planet.
For this reason, anything you buy from Vivotec is backed by a minimum 12-month warranty. Refer to product descriptions for more details.

If you have purchased products under your account, we can find your proof of purchase for you. If not, proof of purchase will be required in order to get an exchange or a refund.

  • Wherever possible we will endeavour to repair any fault to a factory issue standard and return it to you at no charge.
  • Where repair is not possible or practical we will replace the product with the same or similar product.
  • If a repair or replacement is not possible due to the product being unavailable we will exchange it for an equivalent Vivotec product of the same value as your original purchase price.
  • Where none of the above solutions are possible or practical then you have the option of receiving a full refund or store credit.
