Order processing time All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. If the item is in stock, we will dispatch it right away, and you will receive an email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. For indent orders and pre-orders you will be advised of expected delivery date, with progress reports where there are any changes, and final confirmation prior to despatch. Multiple Products If you have several products on your order, they may be sent on separate shipments, arriving separately. Shipping Rates & Timing Shipping rates for standard delivery service are included in product price. Typical delivery time from dispatch is 2-3 business days to the North Island, and 3-5 business days to the South Island. If you need something urgently, please contact us for expedited shipping options. Delivery delays after dispatch can occasionally occur, and Vivotec does not accept liability for any loss/damage caused by such delays. Delivery Service Level Unless otherwise noted, all prices quoted are for delivery of goods only to the ground floor and/or the front door (a door-to-door service), by a single delivery driver. The service does not include: carrying items upstairs or in lifts, the removal of wrapping, assembly, or placement. If necessary, please arrange any assistance (e.g. from friends or neighbours) you need to bring goods inside from the front door or ground floor. Alternatively, you can contact us to request pricing on a more comprehensive service. Please be sure to enter any delivery notes or preferences at checkout. We will endeavour to arrange these within the constraints of our carriers’ normal service. Some requests may involve additional cost, and in this instance, we will contact you for approval prior to dispatch. After the goods have been dispatched, Vivotec does not accept responsibility for delivery and/or time of delivery of the goods. It is your responsibility to contact Vivotec’s nominated carrier, to confirm the date and time of delivery, and to be available to take delivery, during business hours or as otherwise arranged in advance, according to the carrier’s instructions. Tracking information is provided by the carrier and as such Vivotec does not guarantee the accuracy of this information. Damage If you suspect your product has been damaged during delivery or there is any damage to the packaging, please do not sign as received in good condition. Signing as received in good condition voids the opportunity to claim for any transport damage. Do not throw away the packaging in which the product arrived in as our carrier will need to inspect it. Please contact us and provide photos if possible, and we will organise assessment and repair/replacement subject to a conclusion as to the point of damage. Upon signing for delivery of the goods, you accept title and risk with regard to the goods. If you provide written authority for goods to be delivered without requiring a signature on receipt, any and all included insurance cover will be voided upon the goods being left according to instructions.
